What are your prices?
Initially, the raw material cost will be MORE than steel rebar. BUT factor in onsite steel onsite work, maintance and life-span. FRP Composites are CONSIDERABLY more economic.
Prices vary depending on supply, resin type, fiber material, and market conditions. Expect around 3.5-4 AUD/M.

Lead time?
It depends, but on average:
Samples: Approximately 14 days via express air freight.
Mass production: Typically 20–30 days after receiving deposit payment and final product approval.
Please note that sea freight logistics may add variability to delivery timelines. If you have strict deadlines, discuss them with our sales team, and we will make every effort to accommodate.

What is FRP Rebar?
😊GFRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) rebar is a composite reinforcement material manufactured through pultrusion, combining resin with fibers such as glass, basalt, or carbon. Glass FRP (GFRP) is the most widely used and cost-effective type in civil engineering, offering corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, and lightweight handling. Other variant is also available upon request.

Design Acceptance
Here are some design code/standards we are familiar and are in comply with:
Australia: AS 5204:2023 (FRP bars for concrete).
USA: ACI 440 design documents referenced.
Canada: CSA S806 (design) and CSA S807 (bar spec). -

Generally yes, but we do have sample in our NSW warehouse.
For most projects, we DO REQUIRE an ongoing MOQ. -
Payment Method
We accept payments via:
Bank transfer

Payment terms: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against a copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). -
Delivery/Courier
All products are shipped with high-quality export packaging.
Specialized packaging is available for hazardous goods or temperature-sensitive shipments. Non-standard packing may incur additional charges. -
