FRP Profiles & Mesh

Alongside rebar and rockbolt products, we also manufacture FRP profiles and mesh using the pultrusion process. Profiles include square and rectangular tubes, channels, and custom cross-sections, while our FRP mesh is available in various diameters (typically 4–8 mm) and grid sizes (50×50 mm, 100×100 mm, etc.). These meshes achieve tensile strengths above 600 MPa for cross members and >160 MPa for longitudinal members , making them robust yet lightweight alternatives to conventional metal mesh.

A major advantage is durability in corrosive and outdoor environments. FRP mesh resists alkali, salt spray, UV, and freeze–thaw cycling, outperforming steel and aluminum fencing in service life. Research confirms that FRP fencing panels retain mechanical capacity after prolonged exposure in highway and marine conditions, offering a design life of 50–100 years in aggressive climates (Springer, Innovative Infrastructure Solutions, 2020). This makes FRP mesh particularly suited for highway fencing, anti-glare screens, reservoir and river barriers, and utility enclosures, where corrosion resistance and reduced maintenance are critical.

Combined with FRP profiles, these solutions provide lightweight, high-strength, non-conductive, and maintenance-free alternatives to steel or aluminum in construction, transport, and energy infrastructure.
